These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by ParJenn Technologies.

What we text about

ParJenn Technologies sends text messages to clients, vendors and prospective clients who opt in. Messages cover replies to your inquiries, IT support request updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, service and maintenance notices, and account and billing notices. We do not send marketing or promotional messages by text.

How to opt in

Check the optional text message consent box on our contact form at parjenntech.com/contact-us, or text our number, (409) 684-2517. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your open support requests and appointments.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
