You’ve scheduled your free IT assessment with ParJenn Technologies. This page walks you through exactly what happens, what to prepare, and what you’ll walk away with. Our goal is to make the best use of your time and give you something genuinely useful — regardless of whether you become a client.

What Happens During the Assessment
A structured, no-pressure review of your IT environment — conducted by an engineer, not a salesperson.
Introduction & Discovery
We start by learning about your business — your team size, the technology you currently use, any pain points you’re experiencing, and what’s most important to you. This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s a conversation.
Technical Review
We review your network, devices, backups, security posture, and software. Depending on your setup, this may be a walkthrough conversation or a brief remote scan. We check against our 27-point framework covering cybersecurity, data protection, compliance, and infrastructure.
Findings & Recommendations
We walk you through what we found — prioritized by risk level. You’ll get clear, plain-English explanations of any issues and specific recommendations for addressing them. No jargon, no fear tactics.
Written Report
Following the assessment, you receive a written findings report summarizing everything we reviewed, what we found, and our recommendations. This is yours to keep and act on — whether you work with us or not.
Q&A
We leave time to answer any questions you have about your technology, your options, or what it would look like to work together. There’s no obligation to continue and no pressure to decide anything on the spot.
Your Decision
After the assessment you’re free to take the report and act on it independently, get other quotes, or engage us for follow-up work. We don’t chase. If it’s a fit, you’ll know.
How to Prepare
You don’t need to do much to prepare — the assessment is designed to work with whatever information you have available. That said, having a few things ready will help us give you the most useful findings.
- Know approximately how many devices (computers, servers, phones) your team uses
- Have a rough idea of what software and cloud services you’re currently subscribed to
- Think about any IT problems, slowdowns, or concerns you’ve been experiencing
- If possible, have someone available who knows your current IT setup (internal or external IT contact)
- Know whether you have cyber insurance, and if so, what carrier
- Be ready to share whether you have any compliance requirements (HIPAA, FTC Safeguards, etc.)
